At Pure Earth Hemp, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and legally. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours, Monday through Friday.
We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your USPS or UPS tracking number.Â
Shipping Rates
We offer affordable flat-rate shipping based on actual USPS costs. Most orders ship for under $5, using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight.
Where We Ship
We ship to all U.S. states where THCa hemp flower is legal. However, due to state restrictions, we do not ship to the following states:
- Alabama
- Idaho
- Iowa
- Louisiana
- Minnesota
- Nevada
- New York
- South Dakota
- Vermont
- West Virginia
Please make sure THCa is legal in your state before placing an order. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can monitor delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship promptly, delays may occur due to USPS issues, weather, or holidays. We appreciate your patience when these things happen.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at pureearthhemp@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship.
